Yesterday an offer came in on the house!!! It sounds like a really good offer, it was more than what Jake's parents were asking for (because they want the washer and dryer). And I think that everything will get moving and they will accept and hopefully all the financing will go through super easily and then we can get into the new house! I am so excited!
Not about moving again, but the new house, its huge and awesome! I am thinking we are going to get a big Uhaul and just make one trip to the house with all of our stuff. Where its packed into the storage unit we should be able to find the right size of truck for all of it. Then we will just have our clothes and bed to get from the house which we can do with the Uhaul too.
Hopefully this next move will be easier since we are already packed and ready to go! (plus the parentals will be around to help the day of the move and it will be on our terms not the apartment complexes.)
The only thing that will be hard is that we won't be the only ones moving, Jake's family will also be moving. Luckily its like a mile away from the old house. With all the experience we have now it should be cake! I hope it all happens before Gerry goes to Nauvoo!
